We match a listing of your needs to a listing of donated services. Services Across America exists to put people whose homes and lives have been damaged in touch with contractors, tradespeople, volunteers and neighbours who are willing to do the work for nothing.

Receivers of services post what they need. Providers of services post what they can donate, with their company details, the kinds of work they do and the area they cover drawn on a map. Both lists are free to join and free to search — no money changes hands for any service arranged here.

The site carries live National Weather Service alerts and federal disaster declarations, so help can be lined up before the clean-up even begins. Every alert links through to the official record, and every one can be plotted on the map.

   Post what you need

   A beneficiary describes the work, where it is, and how urgent it is. Posting is free and always will be.

   Providers list what they can donate

   Contractors, volunteers, churches and non-profits list the services they can give, the area they cover and when they are free.

   We match the two

   Providers search open requests near them and send an offer. The person who posted accepts the one that fits.

   The work gets done

   Contact details are exchanged, the job is scheduled, and the request is marked fulfilled. No money changes hands for the service.
